MONet_local_inference script

Run Local segmentation inference using the MAIA Segmentation Portal.

usage: MONet_local_inference [-h] --input-image INPUT_IMAGE --output-folder
                             OUTPUT_FOLDER --username USERNAME --model MODEL

Named Arguments

--input-image, -i

Path to the input image

--output-folder, -o

Folder to save the output predictions

--username

Username for MAIA Segmentation Portal

--model

Model to use for segmentation
