Convert nnUNet checkpoint to MONAI Bundle checkpoint

usage: MONet_convert_nnunet_checkpoint_to_bundle_checkpoint
       [-h] --dataset_name_or_id DATASET_NAME_OR_ID --bundle_root BUNDLE_ROOT
       [--fold FOLD]

Named Arguments

--dataset_name_or_id

Dataset name or ID to convert

--bundle_root

Root folder for the MONAI Bundle

--fold

Fold number for the dataset

Default: 0
